In class with Natalie the 3rd option is "Locked". The 3rd option evening Natalie room is "Locked"
Western beach noon with Natalie 3rd option is "Locked".
The Rest in the gallery is unlocked. The WT was not helping in this case.

A point & click sandbox game with a healthy guide system? No stupid side content that goes nowhere?
And to top it off with an actual PLOT that goes beyond going to school and coming back home to spy on your mother in the shower!
The way it doesn't make unnecessary use of things like inventory/phone mechanics so they don't feel like time-wasting clicks is a testament to free roaming game developing.
Honestly, if all games of the point and click sandbox type were like this one maybe I wouldn't be such a hater of the genre.

Granted, there will come the inevitable point in harem incest games where the main character will be having sex with his entirely family without consequential choices but what are you gonna do. The game so far more than makes up for it with writing and good renders.
