The dev will surely go for "the mc is his own father" kind of time paradox bullshit to not fall for the same issues like with the water tower event.

So, I cannot bring this up without spoiling some of it due to the conversation, but watch the movie Predestination. It goes into the subject of time travel and having kids.
It is really, really, really unlikely that the author will go the "All You Zombies" route. That would make no sense in the context of what we have been shown so far.
My prediction is that the mc will father himself and his sister, and father children in the past with stepmom, grandma, and best friend's mom like he did with the aunt.

Honestly, if he does, he should look different after that happens ... since this is a changed timeline, if he father's himself and his sister, wouldn't that mean they all only have Mom's DNA afterward?
I'm pretty sure it hasn't been explicitly stated one way or the other yet, but the "unexpected news" that had Julia crying at the start of the first jump plus the fact that she's newly single sure seems to me like it paints a picture of her finding out that she was pregnant (or at least that her period was getting late enough to strongly suggest it), then her boyfriend either dumped her or made enough of an ass of himself to prompt her to dump him after she told him? I guess we'll just have to wait for the story to move forward enough to actually address it either way, though!

While this fits the narrative that seemed to be happening early in the story, if the MC has been gone for "months" unless it was literally just a couple months she should be showing when they jump in the water, right?

Noticed the game gets slowly really big.
If we look closely at the char overview, the event planer and all the char idle placeholders it gets clear, the game a has still half the scene content missing. Or more. Story chapters is a unknown or has the dev at some point said how long the game gets?

The game specifies how time travel works in this universe. The MC can only go back to specific points in time and change things, but doing so alters the timeline. This makes it impossible for the MC to be his own father. He could only travel in time if he was already born. There is no way he could be his own father because he wouldn't exist to go back in time. It would be like Chloe existing BEFORE the MC saved Olivia's life. It just isn't possible.
Remember in the pool the ladies are talking about the night that Olivia almost died and she was the last person to see the MC after they had sex. They jokingly accuse her of killing the MC because they NEVER saw him again after that night. However, shortly after that revelation, he is whisked back in time against his will to after he had sex with Olivia and meets all three of them, which makes what was said in the pool erased from the timeline and a new timeline now exists.
Is it possible he could create new kids with the girls? Absolutely. Is it possible he can be his own father? No.

well we haven't seen mc or nat in past and if mommy is preggo then very early stage.
Did you not read the first part of my post? In order to be his own father, he would need to exist in the past in the original timeline before he was born.

Every time he goes back in time and changes things, it makes a new timeline. The game specifically said that he cannot go back beyond where he already arrived nor can he keep going back to try and change a specific event. That is why he only had one chance to save Olivia. The only way the MC and his sister can exist on the original timeline is if their father existed BEFORE the time travel stuff happened. If the MC does father a child with Julia, then there really is no way he can produce the same genetic code that made himself or his twin sister.
Again, it is the same thing with Chloe. Olivia died on the original timeline before she got pregnant. Therefore, Chloe wouldn't be able to find the artifact and go back in time to save her mom in the original timeline, because Chloe doesn't exist.
I'd just add one detail to all this -- since Chloe is younger than MC, she most probably was conceived after he was. So Julia is most probably already pregnant with MC and Natalie when she meets MC and Kim. (It is just within the realm of possibility that MC & Natalie were conceived later and then born prematurely, but that adds some elements to the story that I'd really dislike.)
