Nah, I don't believe it will happen in this game. As someone already said, that was true in The Artifact. I think it wouldn't make sense to do exactly the same thing again. This already has many similarities with the other game. I think this should not do that, specifically so it can stand apart as its own game. I ofc could always be wrong, and ICC could always change his mind. But I think there's probably only a 1% chance that the MC ends up being his own father.

Damn I need to replay this game, I didn't even know he had a dad, or that his dad was a bad person.... I remember the artifact's bad guy that played his father better....

I mean, we don't know if that bad guy from the past is the dad, but since I remember a comment from ICCreations confirming MC will not be his own dad, the chances are high, after all that bad guy used to be the boyfriend of Julia, he was part of her club too so at some point so you can guess he wasn't that bad or tricked her enough time to fuck her.
