Can you increase your relationship with the characters or one heart is all you have??

Currently, no. I don't like my games to have any real grind to them and you'll be able to increase your relationship status with them by simply going through the character's storylines as they are created. The system has just been set in place for now.

For example, the camping scene. Those scenes on the event planner will progress to be more and more lewd as you go through the story

Seeing subscribestar there give me hope that someday Patreon will not be needed and neither the patch, because incest clearly benefit this story, it also makes more sense... except for the the fact that Natalie exist, but I have the feeling that she's in fact Olivia's daughter , maybe adding their subscribestar link on the main page would help in that

If you have seen Penny in the bathroom.
You need to keep checking the bedroom at night, if Penny is sleeping alone.
Go to the back of the house , to find Julia on the swing.

Easiest thing to do is speak to Nadia. If she has an option to help, then there is more to do storywise. There is sketchquests scenes and the repeatable camping scene if you haven't done that.
