I don't personally like html games because there is less visual then a visual novel game and this game could have been a lot better if it was visual novel like Censored Sight. Everything is great including the story, it just lacks a little bit visual.

Maybe just me, but I'd love to see more cocks. Starting from the get-go. I want to see MC cumming on himself in the therapist's office or leaking in his cage. There is some behavioural changes you undergo, but bodily, not too much. I want to add it but I guess I've been waiting because it doesn't feel right to have the MC be altered physically just yet. Maybe I should stop dragging my feet. You can change your hair color now, and I have added the pictures/desc for when your chest/butt is "enhanced" but its not possible yet. SOON™.

Just noticed this game, not interested in humiliation and sissyfication, but try such games for transformation content.
Like when MC has options to go over the top in transformations, becoming extremely feminine or sexual and can beat real women in it.
Add routes for absurd proportions, natural (extensive hormones) surgical (implants) and combined for willing MCs, tattoos and piercings.
Little remark, for some people, hormonal therapy triggers lactation beside breast growth. MC growing massive sagging tits that constantly leak milk can be fun route (and finding a partner who wants him get even bigger and wear cow print bikini).
I suggest / request that the physical transformations be incremental. Having it be one and done or only two or three stages is fine, but having there be a good number stages to the transformation is ideal. There doesn't need to be one for every millimeter of breast growth, though. At least for me, watching the transformation progress can be far more exciting than the end result, so I enjoy having a decent amount to work through and look forward to.
Tattoos and piercings are also good, yes. Having hormones and implants be different things isn't something you see too often but could be interesting.
