After downloading rars and extracting them, 87 normal saves (on 22 pages 4 each except 3 on the 22nd page), 10 autosaves, the persistent and 1 save for reload are included in it. Screenshots show the dialogue in Spanish. No idea how many different playthroughs.

Just delete them and forget it. That user is using the forum as personal cloud storage and dumps random save collections without any description to all threads.
I have an error when I call for the save/load page. If someone would take a look I would appreciate it.
I started S2 and transferred over my S1 saves with no problem. I played a few pages to the other guests on board page and made a save then quit. No Mod used in S1 or 2. I-patch is all. Re start and no way to load.
No idea, why you got that error. I tested with both the 2.4.0 build and the dev build using 2.4.0 code: no errors. I have no idea why Renpy produces an error about having an int when curr_page should be a string as is documented Renpy's documentation. As you can see below, curr_page is a result of FilePageName() that should be a string and not an integer.
After looking at Renpy's source code to figure out what exactly FilePageName returns from persistent._file_page and fiddling with its value by setting it as 1 (instead of "1") I got it to crash with the same error message.
Here's a script file you can add to the game folder. It should convert the current page number into a string. You can leave it and its .rpyc counterpart or delete both files after the first game launch. And, the fix is only applied when you start the game engine.
I liked it. I mean MC's been criticized of being a softy and looser with no balls. Now he tells either girl just how he's made and he can't change that. I think the way he explained it was lopsided but things change so let's see. So for me it wasn't a bastard move, just that he shares his love for many women not just one.
