Man, all these relationships kinda weird, How Paris is a granny? and Perl already had a bigass son? I'm not really into the settings, I much prefer timestamp 100% (even better if it's without the time machine and all that).
I personally think the ladies are looking better than Timestamps, like way better. Paris and Pearl are amazing, they're like one of the best looking ladies I've ever seen in AVN. Too bad I'm not really into the settings and plot, I also I feel like there's too much men packed in one scene. And I'm not also a big fan of MC already having a relationship like having a gf or a wife.

The dev himself is not into NTR and he said there will be no NTR in his game. But idk it might change depending on his Patrons. Like how Timestamps there's a slight NTR with Bacon because he got a lot of pressure from his Patron asking to have Bacon scene.

You really need to learn the difference between NTR and sharing.
There was no NTR in Timestamps and there isn't anything thus far to suggest an NTR plot would fit in this story either. Sharing or MMF, on the other hand, is always a far more likely possibility. Less prerequisites.
Also the bit you said about Patrons "pressuring" the dev is completely fabricated. The dev has always said he's not a fan of NTR but doesn't have a problem making sharing scenes so long as the player has a choice.

No, there was no BJ. They tried to but failed because Bacon and MC rescued her. The farthest Scut got was grabbing her tits a bit before MC smashes his face with a bat. Heather was not forced into any sex acts and she wasn't even romantically involved with the MC yet at that point of the story anyway.

Depending on what option you picked, you'd end up failing to save her and she was forced to give him head.

You should probably replay that scene again dude because you're misremembering. The only choice involving Scut ahead of that scene is whether to let him keep the box of pictures. The scene with Heather plays out the same regardless. She's never forced to give a BJ.

If you're playing the version uploaded to steam then that's why you never say it.
They reworked a ton of scenes in the steam version. But the original did have some NTR content.
