For the love of God, why do they call this futa? It says trans for those people two incompatible labels are together. one means hermaphrodite and the other some operation. stop putting them together. and although I don't like anything related to trans, I respect that authors say they are and don't use futa, I really appreciate it

Futanari are considered women with two different sets of genitalia, so no, a futanari woman having sex with a man (cis or trans) would not merit the gay tag.

(I'm sure one could dig up some male-presenting futanari somewhere in some corner of the internet, but it's not the norm.)

I think the terminology is a little confusing in this game.
  • Women - are unchanged as far as I can tell
  • Men - are all femboys with feminized bodies (less muscle, big round butts) and a sissified gender role in society
  • Trans (women?) - (like the MC) is used in game to describe women with female pronouns, big dicks, and balls (no vagina). It isn't clear if they were born this way, or if they were women that got fully functional dicks attached or men that had their entire body altered to be female looking except their dick. So how would I describe them, well: Futanari is a loaded term that IMHO has no 100% consistent definition, so I'd call them shemales because that best matches what they are and it is inline with the name of the game.
  • Trans (men?) - no sign of "trans" the other way, which using the same logic would be men with pussies, which honestly would be very in line with the femboys and while very unusual for the genre wouldn't stick out in the setting.
Is this worth changing/fixing?
Meh, the renders are the best part of the game and aren't impacted by terminology; while the writing isn't particularly stellar anyway.​

still playing it, unforutantly i seem to be close to comlpiting it, if there were more content, woulve easily get game if the year in my book. the creator is a true artist.

Would prefer the focus being trans on female, but I'll take this.

I know she's trans, but always good to see a game where the FMC is the dominant one instead of being raped by everyhing.
