Does the patch number (99c) mean anything or is it misleading and we are nowhere near an ending?

A simple mind could assume after 99c-d-e-f or so comes 1.0 aka finished game

To see the game's Gallery mode, you have to go to the MC's room and there will be a closet, you enter it and inside the room there is a computer where there is the gallery mode.
