At some point in the game, it is mentioned that the story is taking place in Philadelphia, I believe... However, both times temperature is mentioned in dialogue, it's around 34 degrees or 37 degrees, which they describe as a heat wave...

It's a minor issue if you are a player outside the US, but no US news station mentions Celsius at all. So 34 - 37 Fahrenheit is really cold weather. 1-3 degrees Celsius.

Like I said, it's a minor issue, but when the TV News channel weather screen literally shows temperatures in the 70s and 80s, it's a bit inconsistent.

Does the sub Jenna path start after MC and Jenna have had sex the first time in his apartment? Only, for now, she is on the Love path, and I wonder if I missed something to make her a sub.

there is none, but usually the game is very forthcoming with what might happen.
in your case Lea usually gets lost when you don't have Jenna, so it's tied to her anyway.

to get both girls you have to do certain things at Jenna's first photoshoot:
you say you love her new hairstyle.
you don't peep on her.
you compliment the model instead of her outfit.
you don't do nudes with her.
you support Jenna in front of Lea.
you make them do a duo shoot (this is important if you want Lea in the harem and therefore prevent her from getting kidnapped).
you compliment Jenna instead of Lea.
you kiss her afterwards.

then you should be golden for both.
