If, on the other hand, you're talking about the first quiz (in the living room with Emilie), that's just a training session, so the result has no consequences (Apart from the following dialogue, of course).
As for a general walkthrough, I hate games that tell you what to do and the exact consequences of this or that choice, so no, I'd never include one in the game. Above all, I make a game that looks like what I'm looking for, and no-brainer games with an integrated walkthrough are a big no-no for me. (Having to add a warning to say which choice led to the sharing route when it seemed more than obvious already made me want to bang my head against a wall)
