Please if you can add Gallery code

Immediately after starting the game it crashes , if you rollback it crashes to desktop , if you ignore it immediately goes to day selection

Someone from the dews makes a decision to make gallery only available in main menu , so now gallery is inaccessible

If you still have a copy of 9.5, open it up and switch the main menu background from the unlocked image to the original, that fixed it for me.

Still downloading as we speak, so I'm going to give it a try when it's finally done. But from everything else I've seen and heard so far, I'm kinda torn between "Not worth all the waiting" and "Okay ... I guess".

All the humorous and entertaining elements aside, I always thought that Maddie was pretty much the only interesting female character in AP. Perhaps because she was (and still is?) the oldest one, otherwise the game would have been too boring for my taste. And it would appear that most people feel the same way, which is why devs decided to make it a thing, special update featuring nothing but her. Because I remember some rumors from back in a day, they were originally going to make an episode 9 featuring Sam & Jazz, while Maddie was completely out of the picture.

Sadly looks like this is another game I am dropping. So far it seems like the only Parody game done well overall is still Four Elements. This game started off good but between bugs in updates, delayed updates, reworked a few times, etc and now the art style/animation style they are going with I no longer have interest. I was already worried seeing Paulina, Star, and Valerie in new art style last update. But seeing some Maddie scenes removed (like scene from Vlad's) and like the others not a fan of her new look, & out of curiosity I used Gallery to see new Ember scene and couldn't even finish. At one point Danny actually has big anime eyes and when it comes to actual animation it looks really stiff. Power to those who enjoy the game still but for me, even as a big Danny Phantom fan, I am out.

Edit: I am also surprised that this far in Jazz and Sam have little to no scenes. In Sam's case little and in Jazz's case maybe 1 with Danny

Okay, so I finally finished the game. People in this thread seem to be obsessing over the art and animation so much (and I can understand why), but this is the least of my concerns.

To put it simply ... there is no new content in this update. Instead, this is something which you'd normally expect to see on a monthly basis, polishing out the animations & reworking the art. The biggest drawback is definitely going to be relationship with Maddie, since it has been changed for the worse. Their first "encounter" in the woods (including the sex scene at Vlad's place which was removed entirely) paved the way for upcoming story later on. Maddie also seemed more self confident in the original release and excited to the point where she mentioned "how they will keep finding excuses to do it all over the house" which suggested that we would be seeing her a lot in the future.

However, in this new update she feels that what they've done was wrong (mind you, they never had actual sex up to that point), so the player has to keep doing house chores to appeal to her & change her mind. It actually feels as if the flowers (or the bread) didn't have as much effect on her as it did in the original version, or perhaps that she wasn't as keen to pursue her feelings for Danny which feels wrong in my opinion ... almost like forcing Danny's, player's fantasies upon her. Eventually they do end up in bed of course, and the story comes out the same as it did in the older version.

In total, they have the same amount of encounters as before, except one of the scenes (first one, at Vlad's house) got replaced with Danny sucking Maddie's breast. So I wouldn't necessarily say that something was removed from the game, but at the same time nothing was actually added, either. It would have been a great update if it had arrived 6 months ago. That being said, after a whole year of waiting for an update this is rather disappointing. I also encountered several bugs throughout the gameplay, but none of them were critical, to the point where it would crash the game or prevent me from finishing the story.

Damn, you just destoyed any reason I could have to download this update. I hope they go back to Maddie's attitude from before in the following update, it was way better.

It does have a replay value (just as the older version) with great potential of making things more interesting in the long run ... IF we ever get to see Episode 9 but as for this moment right now, the game feels kinda like fan-modded 0.9.5.

But apart from facing copyright issues in the long run, I remember someone talking about incest & how it represents an issue to devs since it is illegal. Especially on Patreon, so I'm guessing all these story changes are slowly but steadily changing the story to the point where it will no longer include incest tag & therefore be more acceptable. Personally I don't care, nor I'm really into it. There are many different ways to keep Maddie as character, but it would require some creativity and significant alterations from the original story (as in the actual cartoon)

Nah, I don´t think that they would remove that, since it´s clearly the most favorite Storybranch in this Game. Most Amity Park Patreons play it for the Danny/Maddie Scenes since Maddie is one, if not the most popular female Danny Phantom Character.

Well I can't play the game a yeay because, for some weird reason, the game crashes the moment I start it. It doesn't even make it to the main menu. I'm talking about the version some guy shared before on mega.

Just resubbed to GZone's Patreon to access the new update... and, wow, this sucks. It's worse than even I imagined it would be. Last year, I predicted that all GZone_Art would do was rework the art rather than add new content, and that prediction turned out to be true. Ep.8 introduced the anime style with Jazz and Spectra, so of course they were going to rework all the old scenes to keep it in line with the new ones. Gotta milk that Patreon money somehow.

v.92 was the last update to have new content. That was released on June 30, 2022. v.92 introduced Spectra in Ep.8., although this was already announced back in July 5, 2021 under the post titled Plans For Episode 8 & Beyond?

So it took one whole year to make one new episode with one new character. Ok. Fast forward to 2023 and we get this shit that adds nothing to the game outside of making it take longer to get Maddie to have sex with Danny. Oh and all the "new scenes" have that anime style with the big eyes, wide hips, thick thighs, instead of the thin and busty style that is faithful to the actual show, Danny Phantom? Great. And they got rid of the best scene in the game at Vlad's house and ditched it instead with multiple scenes where Maddie seems more hesitant and less motivated to have sex with Danny. So now when Jazz and Jack go off to the convention of theirs in Ep.7 that's the first time Maddie and Danny have sex in the game. An entire year of development time wasted for this? Oh and because of all the background changes, you get a lot of scene errors with talking to Sam early on in the game when appearing at her house. Danny tries to get her to boost his orgone and there's a lot of missing backgrounds (black screens) that they talk in front of. The new backgrounds aren't even that better, I honestly didn't even notice the difference a lot of the times. I guess they have more color in them or something.

The lack of frequent posts on GZone's patreon should've indicated to everyone that dev work on this game is coming to a grinding halt. It's such a shame. From 2017-2021 we had a bunch of updates all with new content. They made it all the way up to v.75 in 4 years and had enough time to rework the combat system entirely to boot. I just can't believe something so promising could get worse over time, not better. It'll probably be another year before we see Ep.9 (if at all) because these devs seem more interested in wasting time and milking donor money than actually putting new content in the game.

i understand that development affect products in unexpected ways, i understand that sometimes a creator is not satisficed with the direction a product goes, i even understand that sometimes changes are made to get more support, but in this case for what i have read in the forum and their discord , the main reason for changes and complains comes from no support patrons complaining and asking for something less cartoon and more anime ,other reasons may be on the table of course but at very least this help to change the current direction, first the game gets a couple of updates in years and then the main history modified.... i remember this game in its origins and i must say that it was way better, there was a couple of scenes that they removed because they were really bad pictures but that`s it, .It happens sometimes that when developers get some patrons them suddenly development slow down or even stops , start macking changes FROM no supporters and at that point developer does not even care when the game loose attention , not from patreon,it seems that its too hard for people unsuscribe from something that they not enjoy. really the only thing can be done is unsuscribe and stop support, dont get me wrong this is a forum with "piracy products ", and i am not againts it , i support some proyects that i found in the forum as some others do, but when something you are supporting stops being what you expected, then stop. that would make many developers to actually stop delaying updates and keeping doing it over and over again.
in short , stop delaying , keep dping what got you attention in first place, listen to everyone, BUT dont forget who are the ones supporting you. this post is like throw a glass of water into a volcano but as others i had to say it.

You need to remove ALL the previous save games, from the earlier versions for 0.9.6 to work properly, I had the same issue. This includes the automatic savegames from the user folder (Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\Amity__Park) where "USERNAME" stands for your Windows user name/profile.

As for the upcoming plans, the author himself said that they are in fact going to make Episode 9 (eventually?), but then focus entirely on their second game, Breeding Farm afterwards. Which would suggest that the Amity Park is coming to its last chapter & that the game may (or may not) finish with the version 0.9.7.
