Last I heard, gzone's patreon, as in the peeps who give money to gzone, like the art change. Those who dislike the art change are mostly here, myself included though I'm still okay to play the game, it's still hot even though the art is no longer close to the show's own art. The game is still okay since people continue to pay for it.

Glad to see not everyone here has lost their shit over the art. Personally, my issue is with the animation. The newer animations are much more stiff than the older ones making the characters seem less like natural beings and more like mannequins on strings. Also facial movement looks like it came out of a low effort browser Flash game from 2003.

No, the developer just takes a thousand years to release updates, I return here once every full moon to make sure if there is something new.

I reached out to one of the Amity Park devs on Discord, asking them if maybe they would be interested in this or not ... but never received the answer.

It came to my attention that some folks are asking for older versions, for whatever the reason(s). One way or another, I personally think that every game/project should be properly archived & have its own backup for archiving purposes. Unfortunately, it would seem that most ... if not all of the older versions available on Discord & Mega are unavailable due to broken & mismatched links (v0.7.5 directing to v0.8.1 for example), which is why I'm willing to offer my help if necessary.

Over time, I've managed to gather & collect most of the AP versions. Not every single one (obviously), but then again you don't really need all of them, as most of them were just bug fixes & typo corrections. I would be willing to re-upload everything & make them available for download if necessary, for as long as there's enough interest for that sort of thing.

I've been a supporter of numerous games. Sadly, quite a lot have failed over time or led to dev's refusing to listen to their supporters by: making un needed changes, spending time working on their other games which don't have as big an audience or becoming eventually abandoned. We have seen the bad side of devs making a game and then bailing on way too many occasions only to make another game or just disappear. A lot of people are tired of that.

While I hope that does not happen with amity park, and the art change wouldn't cause me to stop supporting I was a little annoyed after the lack of promised updates to find out that some assets were removed and replaced with (imo) worse art as well as a cheap animation. I consider that along the lines of a bait and switch.

I get that some illustrators or animators may want to do something else, but (in my opinion) to continue to take in money through one of your most profitable games, but ask for illustrators to do work for very little or near free while spending more time on the less known or less supported other games, something is not quite right.

As well as seeing it from the position of a supporter, I can understand from the position of a person debating subbing: someone spread themselves thin due to bad project management. Continued to push for subbing, delayed updates, when the updates did come it was essentially a redo with lesser content which could be argued was not as good as previous content.

I hope good updates come from here on out, expecially if that includes more Maddie content.
