No, I think that's where Dark Dimension the other Danny Phantom game came from. I seem to recall this game essentially dying, communication between the lead developer and the team working on it breaking down with little to no explanation, and then members of the team broke off to work on their own game and a while later this one lumbered back to life.

Load a save where you still have a working quest from the previous update, that fixed it for me.
