I used the cheat for HP and Oregon, and I steamrolled both the bear and dragon. Normally I presume that you need to grind up your stats through fighting in the evening, because the Dragon was stupidly strong where I didn't even get to 40% hp for the dragon before dying and constantly rerolling attacks to defend when he attacks me for 130+ dmg.
The bear is weaker than the dragon.
