I have no idea... from what I've seen, it's possible, even more so. It's reorganized, you can see things are missing, there are changes... I think we'll have to wait. Plus, there are errors, things that don't seem to work... It gives a good impression, but I think we'll have to wait.
"Remaster" is the wrong word.
I just started the game and complete intro in clinic is different from original version.
More explanation, dialogs, some new sexy images/animations, eg one of the NPCs (Joan) now has a shower scene.

He had the perfect opportunity to remove that absolutely retarded part of the game with the renaster, but decided to keep it and instead just added some AI animations that take 5 min to make, hell, I don't even think he used the best models available for it, that's how lazy it is

When mc and Alexandra visit the hairdresser, it is strange that Lori does not know about mc being Alexandra's son since Alexandra is so well known there ...
It feels strange meeting all the characters from the original game now with additional "ai cg". The ai stuff like animations is well done but often misses the original character, eg a nice smile but for a completely different person like Alexandra smiling in the clinic in the intro.
The original game had visually "perfect" characters ... this perfection is now missing.

I still can't believe this is from the same dev as "Lucky Mark".
The old game was a bit too grindy and eventually derailed in the writing, but was a really solid game with many mechanics and ideas. For its first half - before it suddenly became femdom+NTR - i'd say it was one of the top porn game classics ever have been in development.
But everything about this is just a mega-turnoff.
Generic RenPy VN, horrible soulless characters (like the "mom" with the cyborg eyes), and now also AI CG.
Apparently also no sex even after 5 years.
Why does this game even exist?
