It would be stupid to make a fixed announcement if the work is not done yet. And if it was done already, they could release today. It's not like they have any contracts with some PR company or appointments with clients or anything. So "plan to" is the most you can get. In my company we also "plan to" release on certain days (and out customers pay much much much much more than Patreons), but if it doesn't work as expected, it would be pointless.

For me it´s like Groundhog Day... After i fix Kate phone the game doesn´t advance. I can repeat this scene again and again...

extended version has bonus scenes that you can access after reaching the end of each update .

in the last extended version there were 4 total scenes iirc . the bonus scenes will be displayed there even in the standard version but if you try to access it it will say you need the extended version . the standard version only has 1-2 bonus scenes that you can actually access as of the last update
