'Extra' are some non canon bonus scenes available on the smart phone (like Elena's Doctor Visit, Kates BJ in a changing room an so on) once you completed a certain part of the story.
The .100 extra hasn't made it here yet, the .99 extra patch works but won't feature the latest extra episode.

Like a kid moving their food around on the plate pretending they are doing something. Just continue the god damn game at a faster pace. Stop making the worst excuses. This shit isn't complicated, they just have been doing a horrible job

With the upcoming Remastered and Reworked Version of the Game it might be a good idea to keep a link to the Original v0100 (before Remaster/Rework) as is done with other games.
I played Amnesia a couple years ago and I played it recently from start through to end of current content.
My impression is that hiring the team has started to turn the game into a different game with different story.
- The game in 2020 started with lots of small decisions like watch and touch different regions of characters, different dialog options, etc. The game design seemed to be : "Every Choice Matters".
- After awakening from coma MC had lewd visions about several girls.
- The game suggested that there are lots of secrets to discover about mc's year before the coma, how he fell into coma and the coma year itself. The punks at the mall, Eva, Kate, Elena, Alexandra, Tanya and Cally ... they all should have clues to the mc's former life and his sexual adventures in the past, maybe with the option to renew some of these relationships ...
(Legally going back 2 years in time is a difficult terrain since eg Elena is just 18 year old, so in past scenes with her she would be only 16-17 years old.)
- The dinner quarrel with Tanya suggested that Tanya may know more about how mc fell into coma, maybe a fight between Tanya and jealous Alexandra for mc was the cause ... which would have explained why Alexandra avoided to tell mc the reason for his coma.
- The vision about Iris as well as mc's good condition after awakening from coma suggested that Iris and the doctor maybe performed additional secret (sexual) tests and treatments on mc while in coma, maybe they even tried to reprogram his sexual mind, although I have no clue into which direction. My mc is (still) a huge pervert. Anyway : Iris seemed to be an important key to mc's story.

Krystal "And by the way, Alexandra" ... "We`re glad to have you back"
- The more recent parts of the game do not feature many decisions. Most events seem to happen anyway depending on mc's progress with the different girls and within the story, so it now feels more like a sandbox telling a kinetic story without much choice.
- MC has no more lewd visions.
- While Alexandra avoided mc's questions about the coma in the early game, it is now just an insignificant event, some "boy loves girl" thing, he bumped his head and that's it ... no reason to ask again since there is no story. (Why didn't she tell that at the start of the game?)
- Eva's story was rewritten. If you talk with Kate and Eva in the first part of the game they tell a different story about Eva and how they met than Kate and Eva tell in recent content. (In first version she is 2 years older and Kate's friend and mc asks Kate for sexual advice.) While mc and Eva had a kinky relationship before the coma, it is now all in the past. MC cannot remember anything. Eva leaving the city in fact removes her character from the game and so removes a valuable key to mc's past before the coma.
(While I like the Eva character model, I don't like the scenes with her, especially not the recent cheating/cuckold part. The scene at the mall was ok, but without real follow up it seems to be just a wasted opportunity and effort.)
- Iris' story also seems to be complete. Instead of secret sexual therapy and experiments, it all turned into an arbitrary story about a rebellious daughter fighting with her father (Dr. Freeman) to become a rockstar. Nice generic story but for a different game. Not what I expected and in no way related to an "Amnesia" mystery. By closing Iris' storyline they also removed the probably most important key to mc's year in coma. Without Iris there is likely no story behind the coma.
- While earlier comments by Kate suggest that she was sexually experienced and she and mc had a rather close and "tolerant" relationship, in the newer content Kate has a depression and (althouh being in her twenties) is still sexually inexperienced and traumatized by her previous relationship.
- As mentioned before by Enot, there are lots of started but unfinished (and by now probably forgotten) story lines, eg Tanya and Cally, the mysterious punk couple at the mall but also the girl Joan in the clinic.
- As mentioned by se20299, it seems that the whole Krystal/stripper/prostitution story line was dropped.
Alexandra now works "for a major international consulting company" "as a business analyst".
She has her own office and mc can start to work for her ...

The recent content created by the new dev team is not bad but it feels like content for a completely different (arbitrary) corruption game ("You take control of a guy living with three beautiful women. bla bla bla")
It seems like they abandoned the whole original "Amnesia" mystery story and now started to get rid of additional characters (Eva, Iris) ...
What is the the point to still name the game Amnesia if there is no story behind the amnesia?
Next consequent step would be to also remove the coma/amnesia parts from the game and rename the whole game to something like "Generic Corruption Game" ...

There are a lot of hints in the early game like the revealing comments by Krystal, the poster in the Mall, the sexy high heels in Alexandra's room, etc

The game was also heavily hinting that Alexandra is a stripper/prostitute, considering she leaves for "work" at night in sexy dresses and comes back in the morning. That storyline was also quietly dropped without explanation, I wish the dev would revisit it in the remake.
They had a lot of work to do, not only to add a lot of animations, but also to rewrite a lot of code. So I think it won't be updated until the middle of next year

Wishful thinking I'd say ...
To me it looked as if she had some history, but now tries very to break all former connections to whatever she was doing when she was in the model business.
The amnesia plot allows to add details at will since mc forgot everything.
There seem to be different writers who add there own stories and details ... so by now it's more like 2 games ...
In the original game they are short of money to pay for 1 year coma treatment since insurance did not cover it, so they sold the stuff in the basement (but kept all the stuff on 1st and 2nd floor) and took a mortage but kept the house.
As you wrote in the early game Alexandra was working a lot during night time and the comments by Krystal, the poster in the Mall, the sexy high heels in her room, etc suggest that Alexandra was working again in Krystal's business.

The new story is :
Alexandra works "for a major international consulting company" "as a business analyst".

I read the comments and think! This is just stupid, the man just wants to make money! How long will he make a remaster?? 1 YEAR 2??? If he says that we were at lvl 1 for 4 years!! This is just ridiculous! Like those negative comments that he deletes on patreon!! In 6-7 months he will release a game with the same scenes and add 3-4 new ones! And he will say what a huge job he did! And wait for the new part in another 7 months and then he will say that he did not have time and nothing worked out! And all this time people will pay him money! The only thing that needs to be done is to stop sponsoring him and we will see updates immediately!!!!

That is very likely, Alex already stated that he hired more people, including writers.
