It's a mix of both. The initial release of the remaster offered completely new scenes and old ones as well. New version will deliver the exact same mix. We're soon where the original has left off and since they plan to do monthly releases I really hope this time the devs live up to the expectations.

Played the remake what was this, the game literally turned from semi sandbox game to fully sandbox one, the Dev literally copied sandbox event trigger from midnightparadise, changed relationships I will not play this game, henceforth Uninstalled. Hope some fans like it who play sandbox ones.
