Possible, but Mom seems to be more controlling. Maybe it was conditioning during the coma. As now MC seems submissive to dominate women. He was worried but getting Elena to clean her room. And one scene with Rei where she barked at him, the MC instinctively replied with a meek "yes, ma'am" or something similar. It was also weird that Alex was relieved that she made him get the haircut before presenting him to her friend.

Another weird part was "drunk" Kate. She describe how her BF "Nick" acted. During this scene, she also said she could handle her booze and drink him under the table. Then immediately "passes out" In MC bed she asks "Nick" to keep going in her sleep. This seems to be timed with each time MC think he has gone to far and is about to leave her alone and sleep. She does wake up after he finishes, but I think he turned the light on. Also, there is that both hers and MC's social media history were deleted (and Kate knows MC's logins)

Elena seems to act like what happen with Alex/Kate and MC, she wasn't part of it. Seeing as she just turn 18, she was probably excluded and is now showing the jealousy of that. Think it was when she knocks him down, there was a flash of her posing for him.

The event when aunt Tanya and daughter visit the mc's family is very revealing :

Tanya : "And there's a possibility that you recover your memory, isn't that correct?"
Alexandra : ... threatening stare ... "Time to get the table set."

This strongly hints that mc's accident may be connected with Tanya, Alexandra and the photo shoots.

- Tanya was there when the accident happened.

- Proof against Tanya is in the photos which are now in Alexandra's hands.
- Using the photos Alexandra can blackmail/control Tanya ...
- Alexandra also did something with mc she should not have done, eg have a sexy photo shoot or sex with him.

- All photos wer given to Alexandra to remove evidence from the studio.

Rei's story so far is very confusing.

- MC is sent by Kate to the Online Shop in the Mall to pick up the faucet.
- The free roam ends when mc enters the Online Shop, so the following dialog with Rei, getting the faucet from Rei and taking the job is unavoidable. (kinetic event)
- After that mc is free to choose his working days in the Online Shop. Rei's story progresses with each day mc works with her but mc could also choose to stay at home for the next weeks. (sandbox)
- After a few days working with Ray the unavoidable "rape" event happens.
- After that there is the new story that the shop salesman was on vacation and the shop was closed.

If Rei was just using the shop to bait mc for an evening of bdsm fun, then she invested a lot of time and effort into fake working several days in the Online Shop. Processing Kate's order and handing out the faucet felt real, so Rei either used the real shop or she set up the whole story together with Kate who sent mc to Rei. However Kate's reaction to the BDSM magazine later showed that Kate might be interested in the theme but is probably not yet involved with Rei.

So the most plausible interpretation is that Rei worked as vacation replacement in the Online Shop, met mc by accident, chose him as victim and on her last workday she invited him home for some one-time fun. The salesman back from vacation was either wrongly informed about his shop or he was lying.

Problem is why would a business woman like Rei work in the Online Shop as vacation replacement at all? She obviously knew the shop and the work very well. She also did not tell mc about the temporary nature of his job ...

I actually liked the Rei character and how the Rei story started, Rei and mc working together, getting into more and more lewd situations at work, etc.
I did not like the mc getting drugged and the non-consensual sex. The sex scene itself was hot because Rei has a beautiful model but the situation felt wrong. It would have been different if the mc would have chosen to sell himself for an evening to Rei ... or if the game would have provided more than one way to earn the 500 $ to progress Alexandra's story ...

I also did not like that Rei later said that it was a one time thing for her. Looking at the Patreon page however hints that Rei is not a major character, she is not part of the new banner image with 10 women and she was also not part of the Side Story poll in January.

I also like Rei, but unlike you, I enjoy the non-consensual sex and the mild BDSM fun.
What happened between MC and Rei must not be a one time thing，otherwise Rei’s home shouldn't be on the map，this place will probably be reused thinking from the perspective of game development

If you are playing with mod, it has been known to interfere with translations. I've tried to report it to the moderators, but was rejected.

I played through the whole game from start using newest version and I had no problems with the english language. There are only a few occasions when some button labels are in russian, but these few encounters can be neglected.

I would find it a lot more realistic anyway, if people would call each other by name and not by relationship.
It would also be a lot less work for the creator. Establish the relationship at some point, and once in a while put it in when people react shocked: "But isn't she your best friends sister in laws nieces roommate?". The rest of the time just use names.
