before playing i did look at the game files and i saw there is scene with kate which im going to assume is part of the bonus scenes since it was in that folder . i dont know to to activate that scene but just informing that there is more to this update than just that once scene with Alexandra

After you complete the dead fish bj scene you can play the bonus scene on your phone. Click on the presents icon and then 2 scenes will show up.
