I'm just here to read all of the complaints. I had originally thought that "super alex" was a conscript and sent to fight in The Ukraine. If he is still hiding in someone's basement in Russia, admittedly, you would have thought that he would have gotten more work completed. I don't know what is going on with the current trend of successful Devs starting over from scratch, but from what we've seen thus far from other developers its an attempt to get more time and money out of an already leveraged publication. While I would have been ecstatic to have logged in to find out that the Dev had made major inroads towards completing a well liked release. My intuition told me that it was "more of the same". Which of course was too optimistic even for my liking.

It's a good game, but I'm giving up on playing it from the beginning again, and again, and again. This game falls into the category of "games I'll play when they're be complete (if they will ever be completed...)". I can't understand why someone make a remake, to another remake that already exists when the game was never even completed. Finish what you started and then remake the game if you want to make improvements, that's the logical and normal order of a project. The logic of some developers is: "stop halfway through the project and start everything over again with small changes to be able to buy time without having to do too much work and take the money of the naive twice for 80%-90% of the same work already done". So it's on the "to play when it's complete" list. Just like games that need a year for an update... seriously! It doesn't matter how big the update is, after a year I forget the story and the characters, I have to start over anyway.
