Damn man… whatever these are, they don’t even sligthly look like the in-game characters. At this point, it honestly feels like the dev doesn’t want to bother making proper 3d renders anymore(even worse, he doesn't even try to create an AI image that actually resembles the character), not even for simple progress reports. Kinda sad to see such a great game, one of my favorites being overtaken by AI this much, and in a bad way...

My understanding is that once the rework had been completed, he was expecting to provide shorter updates, but more frequently, like every 2 months. He seems to be doing that, even through the rework (I didn't go specifically look at release dates, so I could be wrong, but they at least seem to be closer together than before the rework).
