It's a NEW game with additional scenes and game mechanics.
Install v0.104 into a NEW folder, start a new game and enjoy.
Overall the remaster now is close to the content of v0.100b. Some events are still missing.

But playing and seeing that scene yourself is not an option, friend?
What's the problem with acting this scene yourself?

Ok, haven't played since 0.100b, before the remaster and such. I've been playing this game since it started. 5 years.
Started a fresh game with the new version remaster/remake. I notice things seem to flow better storywise and the beginning has more added, which is nice. The renders, as usual, are all stunning and the lighting is very well done, as are all the female characters, which is probably why people still play this game. The addition of AI is a bit odd, but they don't look bad.
However, the Scene replay has things missing already and I am only 30 min in. The girl in the hospital (Joan) taking a shower nude, your mom undressing in the walk-in closet, etc. Those need to be in the scene replay. I am going to assume I will find more as I play, so I hope they can be added.
One thing this dev does that annoys me is the screens move forward on their own and you have to set waiting and wondering when they are done moving forward because if you click it moves past them, I can't stand that when devs do that. When I click is when things should move forward.
The music is messed up in some places. It is tied to the Sound Volume in some places, not the Music Volume as it should be.
The game lags out hard if you try to go back to the Main Menu while playing. It also lags hard if you go to the Scene Replay while playing the game. This game has always been a bit clunky frankly, and after 5 years it still is, even with a remaster/remake. Reading through the forum, it still has missing English in sections as well, STILL. How was that not fixed in the remaster/remake? Seriously. I am wondering if the "Drink Water from the sink" quest is still broken? That was always broken for me, never was fixed.
And, I am completely fed up with devs putting texting on a cell phone in games. Really. It's not enjoyable to have to do and set through. If you are going to force us to have to set and read stupid texts, then just let us click passed them.

Her face is only looking older in general she is fine (the AI version is good). I was actually thinking she was fine up until last memory returned to MC (the one where she wants MC to teach her). If it is what it implied then she's quite rotten and her current loveable personality is nothing more than a facade or badly written personality shift.Yeah speak for yourself. Kate is one of the most beautiful and unique characters among all the AVNs here
While MC had an amnesia girls at the house had 180* brain change. But that last memory sequence returning spoiled the whole relationship dynamic with Kate for ME.

Just follow the story with other girls or wait a day or 2. She will keep bugging you about that + there are no options to do the procedure alone and unprompted.

The quest is not working for me either. It is an Elena quest. It just says "Go down to the Dining Room at night". That's all. I go to Dining Room at night, nothing. Living room at night, everywhere at night. Nothing. Multiple different nights, nothing.
EDIT: I guess the guide doesn't say so, but once I progressed to a new level with Kate this finally happened.

can confirm this patch seems to be universal just add to games folder tested on remastered version 101,102,103 and 104
