Do you mean by "now ex" that they broke up during their conversation we saw? I didn't get that vibe from that conversation. And Kate and Alexandra's conversation and laughing about breakup seems really confusing and out of context. The way they talk seems more like pulling his leg and no real break-up going on, they wouldn't be so cruel as to laugh at him for this on his first day after coma.So MC's now ex gf cheated on him while he was in a coma right?
Or maybe she broke up with him before his coma and he doesn't remember? She didn't say it, but she said things weren't good between them, so it could be a probability. In that case she wouldn't be exactly cheating.

You misunderstood me. I wasn't saying I liked the idea of the whole NTR subplot between the boss and MC's sister. Instead I was saying that if going with that subplot (and Christina's with boss's business partner) would let the author give us a more satisfactory and reasonable ending, then I would prefer if it happened this way. But I guess no point in beating the dead horse, it's not like it's gonna change anything about LM.

Well, groping is present, you at least get to grope the girlfriend. And oral is present in the gallery images and MC's flashbacks.
All in all, this whole release was an introduction.
