scrappy I've just tried to install your mod, and as I'm a newbie I've searched for UnRen 
the first link that I got was for "new" UnRen - which I was like ... hmm yeah this should be the one - but apparently it's only working with 64-bit games (this is 32) and gives errors message which users like (me-most of us) ignore - so if anyone wonders why their game is not starting and giving them traceback.log - use this UnRen - Good old one - until they update Ren'Py to new version as they are using 7.3.5.606
