Do the park fight and put ALL your points into damage. Pay a visit to the doctor to replenish health/stamina. Once you have enough damage to one/two shot the bar whore, fight her instead. Once you get enough damage points to one shot london bar bounties, fight them.
It's SUPER grindy though and really drags the game down. You can make decent cash doing the bounties though.
Spot on, slap the hobo around in the park. The fight reward is usually more than enough to pay for a heal at the Doctors office.
Weed selling early will give rep and a $400 profit per bag.
Some activities seem to ignore the time sequence at the end of day such as cleaning and weed buying and you can go for some stack up to try to maximize the returns. It is annoying you cant specify amounts and have to buy one at a time.
But hey, you get to bitch slap machete (or in my case a one shot cock slap), that in itself is a grind worth doing.
