extract and overwrite the file inside "あむちゃんDEVELOPER_Data\Managed" ^-^

added the cheat mod as instructed but now it just keeps crashing the game. Am not sure why That is. Sorry for the confusion all.

I think you have an 100% win rate if you always choose rock and 100% lose rate if you choose scissors. I have never seen her choose paper.

If someone with more experience attempts a decensor, I tried the standard bepinex decensors (dumbmosaicdecensor.dll and the like) and they clearly loaded but didn't work. It looks like an active mosaic though rather than a replaced texture, so it should be possible.
