I went through the trouble of downloading the separate MexaShare files from the Japanese link provided. The file should contain both the fixed original version as well as the alternate version.

If anyone is interested here's the proper English subtitles synchronized with the torrent version of Tight Fantasy by Amusteven posted earlier on sukebei.
I found the timing was off at quite a few parts and the dialogue was incorrect in a few places, so I tried to fix both.
- The .EN file is the English subtitles that have been properly synchronized.
- The .CN file is the original somewhat unsyncronized subtitles that are English ontop and Chinese below.
It was timed using this website:
- If you like you can further edit the subtitles by opening the .srt file there.
- Also you can translate the English Subtitles into any other language instantly with the Google Translation option.
- Just make sure to scroll down all the way to make sure it translates everything.
It should load automatically if you are using VLC and have the subtitles in the same folder as the .mp4.
OR if you put the subs folder inside the same location as the .mp4
- Note: You might have to rename the subtitles to match the name of the .mp4
