It is officially done from the dev. He wants to move on to his next game; he has said Amy will likely make an appearance in the next game, though.

I think the Don ends are all part of the main story there's several endings there based off of dialogue choices. I couldn't complete any Harrison endings though, my Harrison is stuck on bikini and sunbathe.

consume a pill and then change into bikini between 8am and 3pm

Would be cool if there was an optional ending with pregnancy.
Either have her boyfriend take care of the baby, even if it's black or something similar.
