Wow, that's a lot of feelings. Not sure why you're mad at the mods for this.
A few things:

This is the dev's first game. They're clearly not swinging for the stands. They said it was based on the design of a shitty old Flash game. It looks like ass, and it's both simple and frustrating (until you get the hang of it, then it's too easy)...

BUT, I think those things would be forgivable if there was more content in it, right? Like, a LOT more.

As the post just above reveals, this looks like an early version of the project with a bunch of stuff disabled to make it "clean". So there's probably more coming.

hahaha there's no virus, it's just "not trusted" by Windows, which is fair enough I guess. But if you actually scan it, there won't be anything. F95 scans files before approving too, I think?

Well, anyway, the dev is not remotely competent enough for those kind of shenanigans

is that a seperate download somewhere (creators patreon for example though I couldn't find the game on any of syrinxo's sites, or other adult website) or do I have to meet special conditions or activate a hidden file somewhere to activate that mode? Mine has only nudity warning so far an goes to end screen as soon as I hit the bunny one last time once she is naked.

yeah, i finished the game, there definitely wasn't any sex or bestiality, if it's there, it's very well hidden.

I'm curious what other stuff is hidden in there but it seems like a waste of time trying to "unlock" something that's just going to be released when its ready

In my experience, eroguro games get on this site with no problems. What does stop Japanese games from coming here, are lolis. Anything with "loli" tag here, has to feature loli who are showing the signs of hitting puberty. But this does not correlate to any kind of Japanese censorship law, so it's very random if a given game would have loli who look younger or older than the cut-off. Bonus randomness points for subjective evaluation by the site's uploaders, mods and admins.

There is a lot of finished content right now, which maybe can be used (or not). I guess we have to wait for the update

Well, the author hasn't finished working on the version with all the content yet, and he plans to distribute it via a private discord channel, so you won't see anything in the game except nudity for now. The author has allowed me to share a couple of screenshots.
