Fixed one thing made the Error go away:
Rename the folder cause
"An Insufficient Girl Bullied and Fucked – Fuyua-chan [Final] [Pin-Point]"
Is too long. Worked after that.

This worked for me, Not sure why the name of the folder that the games folder was in mattered but apparently it did

The game needs japanese locale to work, just use Locale Emulator...
