Welp no luck. The game is broken. Probably one of those few games got broken either because the engine itself sucked ass or tl messed up something.

Hi guys.
I downloaded the game from . It is an ISO file, with no virus at all and then I apllied the english patch from
dazedanon =

If you download the game from ryuugames, it will come with a virus.

Once I installed it, I use locale emulator on windows 11 and it is working perfectly.

I hope it helps. Best regards!

Also, I would like to mention, this is the first time I've ever used anything like the japanese locale thing. Can someone help? I used the Daemon Tool Lite, but dont know how to operate it. I managed to download the patch from Vodlandroll, but it still doesn't work.

If you're not using the emulator, you need to have your PC's region AND formatting set to Japanese BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING. Restart your PC. Unzip the game and patch it and it should work.

It refused to work if I unzipped the game files when not fully in Japanese region and formatting.
This is total bullshi- oh wow it actually works!
Alright, here is step-by-step guide how to start this game on Windows 10 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4412) with English interface without Locale emulator in 24 easy steps:
  1. Do not download the game yet! First, you'll need to set up Windows settings: set all system settings as if you're a Japanese guy from 2012 living in Japan!
  2. Right-click the "Start" button on the taskbar and from the pop-up menu select "Run". Alternatively use Win+R (press and hold "Windows logo key on your keyboard", then press "R" key on your keyboard and then release both keys). "Run" dialog should appear.
  3. In this "Run" dialog enter "intl.cpl" (without quotes) and click "OK" button or press Enter on your keyboard. "Region" dialog should appear.
  4. In this "Region" dialog on the first "Formats" tab click the first drop-down list control (most likely it says "Match Windows display language (recommended)" and select "Japanese (Japan)".
  5. Click "Apply" button in the lower-right corner of "Region" dialog.
  6. Now switch to "Administrative" tab of the "Region" dialog.
  7. There click "Change system locale..." button. "Region Settings" dialog should appear.
  8. From the drop-down list under "Current system locale" select "Japanese (Japan)".
  9. Take a look at the "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" checkbox under this drop-down. Is it checked (selected)? Uncheck / unselect it. This checkbox must not be checked!
  10. Click "OK" button in the "Region Settings" dialog. "Change System Locale" message might appear. If it did, there should be "Restart now" and "Cancel" buttons in it. Click "Restart now". Your computer should restart. If it doesn't, restart it yourself.
  11. Now, after the computer restarted, right-click the clock on the taskbar and from the pop-up menu select "Adjust date/time". "Settings" window should appear.
  12. On the left side of this "Settings" window go to "Region".
  13. On the right side there will be "Region" area with "Country or region" drop-down and "Current format: xxx" drop-down lists. First one most likely will say "United States". Change it to "Japan". Second one must already say "Japanese (Japan)". If it doesn't, change it to that value and close "Settings" window.
  14. Now download the archive from the first page of this thread (I tested Pixeldrain link, it worked for me, didn't test others like "Mega" etc.). You should get a file v11224-Ane_Oyako_de_Iku.7z on your computer. This is a 7-zip archive containing game files.
  15. Double-click it. If you get "How do you want to open this file?" dialog, then you don't have an application that can open this archive. You need to install one. Personally, I use 7-zip application. You can find it via googling (or chat-gptying). Make sure to download the file that says "64-bit x64". Or download all of them and try installing then one-by-one: those that won't work on your computer shouldn't mess with it anyway.
  16. Now you're ready to unpack the archive file. Finally! If you installed 7-zip, right-click that v11224-Ane_Oyako_de_Iku.7z file and from the pop-up menu select "7-zip -> ここ展開" (it's usually the fourth item in the pop-up menu). Boom! I've just tricked you into formatting your entire computer disk! Just kidding. A folder named "v11224-Ane Oyako de Iku" should appear.
  17. Now, start Windows Explorer (press Win+E) and go to disk C.
  18. Create a new folder and name it "temp" (yep, just a short name with English characters in it). You can create a new folder by right-clicking on an empty space and selecting "New -> Folder" from the pop-up menu.
  19. Cut and paste that "v11224-Ane Oyako de Iku" folder into this "temp" folder you've just created (e.g. by Ctrl+X, Ctrl+V).
  20. Rename the folder "v11224-Ane Oyako de Iku" into "taxes". The idea is to make sure that there are no whitespaces, dots, Cyrillic / Russian characters (by the way, if you're a Russian-speaking guy reading this, привет!) or other nonsense in the full path to the game files. Japanese games from 2012 don't like that kind of things. Also, "C:\temp\taxes" looks much more innocent than "C:\users\I.AM Batman!\Documents\porn\hentai games\v11224-Ane Oyako de Iku\v11224-Ane Oyako de Iku".
  21. Now go to C:\temp\taxes folder, find "Start.exe" (might look like "Start", without ".exe") file and double-click it. You should see some dialog with words "DirectX" and "API" in it. Take note: there should be no question marks, squares or other diamond-shaped symbols in this dialog. Just some Japanese characters and those English "words".
  22. Click the left button at the bottom of this dialog. It should say "ゲームく起動". Some dialog with image and a progress bar below it should appear. This progress bar will shiver for a few seconds, and then the game window should appear and music start playing. Congrats! You've been able to start this game!
  23. If you expand the game to maximize its window, the game will go fullscreen mode. To exit full screen mode, right-click inside the game and select "表示(E)...->ウインド表示(W)" from the pop-up menu or simply right-click inside the game and, when the pop-up menu appears, press (and release immediately) keys E and then W on your keyboard.
  24. To start the new game, click the left-most pentagon in the top-right corner (the one saying はじめから).
"But what about that patch, the one linked on the first page? It opens GitHub and says "404 Not found" and how can I play the unpatched game, especially when all menus and start screen are in Japanese?!" you might ask. Well, you don't really need it to play the game. The patch won't translate settings, menus, start screen or anything else into Japanese. And the text is already translated anyway. The patch might have some translations fixed (like when a girl says "suck my d*ck" — a common issue when MTL translates without the context, without knowing that this is said by a girl and should actually be translated as "lick my p*ssy"), but overall it's not really needed to launch the game. In case you still want the patch, the link to it was given on some page in this thread. Here it is:
