While personally I consider the Lesbian route an unnecessary addition (after some fans requested it), the rest of the paths are there for different kinks: Mom & Priest is for UB + NTR; the twins are for Incest + NTR; Older sister is for Interracial.
Is it possible to have relationships and scenes with this character? 
That's precisely the point of her struggle, and the 2 paths you can choose depending on what you believe happens to her:
I always use the same skin for Maria in all the scenes, but it's true that the skin on her face tends to “ catch ” the color red easily (the gym is equipped with red weight machines, she often wears red clothes, she has a red car, etc.).There's one thing that bothers me in the game that I don't know if it's intentional or not, but it's about the character Maria's face, which at times is red as if she had been sunbathing too much at the beach and at other times it's a normal color, I don't know if this is an error in her rendering or something, I just know it's very strange, and speaking now of that lieutenant, she's very beautiful, if she were I would have accepted the date right away
Yes, that's why I'm going to do both routes that this game has. I'm doing the corruption route first because there will be more content there. Then I want to do the purity route too, just to see what the endings will be or how they will be.
I haven't played the update yet. But from what I can tell maybe depending on how you define it? you do see some straight content cause the FMC has a boyfriend and the other characters . But last update I played looked like the start of a lesbian path. So assuming you can break up with the boyfriend I think it could be a possibility for the main FMC just not the others. As the other characters I don't think will get a lesbian path and dont think it would make sense for them other than maybe fooling around with their sister if it happens.
If by “lesbian only” you mean a game with only lesbian scenes AND NO heterosexual scenes, then no, there is no such route in the game.
It will be towards the end of the game, so unfortunately it won't be anytime soon.
I forget was it said if pregnancy would be optional for the main FMC ( sorry I forget her name atm). tbh I'm not big on it unless I really want it to happen , not a big deal if it isn't as I like this game alot just curious is all. I think you said it won't be for the younger sister and her brother.
Regardless of the route(s) chosen, all female characters in the family will end up pregnant. The only difference between the routes is who they get pregnant by.
thanks for the answer not gonna lie personally I was hoping the older sister who already has a kid and the mother at least wouldn't. The ending gonna feel weird with the entire family being knocked up to me haha but either way doesn't matter I like the game and play it for the journey and not the end .
Yes, I understand that it may seem strange, but it's a personal choice; the pregnancy kink (when used well) is my favorite.
well at least the story elements don't sound that bad for those 2 characters when it happens. I think more of the weirdness factor is how everyone gonna end up that way haha but that is more of a me issue. Like I said not a big deal just not a fan of it haha. But I do get why cause it makes the game easier for you to deveolopment since you don't have to do branching for them not getting knocked up.
