@sknf sorry for asking the same question but do you know if there is a specific trigger for nastya's event after watching porn? i changed submission values maybe it's messing the event?

Nastya should leave early when watching porn, and you automatically follow her to her room to watch her masturbate. After doing that a couple times you'll get the option to walk in and eat her out.

If you're not getting the masturbation event automatically after the porn event (if the porn event ends with her blowing or almost having sex with you) then you cheated her depravity too high, and need to lower it using SK's latest cheat mod update.

Kate and Katja same person. She's doctor. You'll have a option to talk about help after massage if you have enough relation with her.
