One is the wife of your boss at the big company, the other is the sister of Vika/Vetch.

The wife you will meet as you progress the job quest (check your personal status page, which has the hints for that) and progressing through Vika/Vetch/"Your coworker" quest and you'll unlock her sister's page. Currently the sister has no scenes.

When you go to marina (big sis) in the morning on weekends, when she's training in the livingroom she says she'll let you help, when you have become a coach, which was what made me think it was this one.
