Funny, but the game is not designed for this kind of cheats. Money is ok, but other indicators may negatively affect the gameplay. Therefore, I find it difficult to answer about working capacity. In addition, in the next version I will add work in the office and the extraction of money will become a bit easier, plus it will be important for the passage.

QSPgen and QSPTools, I think. Over at the tfgamessite Russian qsp thread, they have a way to translate it and the members are active. They will respond if you ask any questions. You do need to make an account there.

Also, you can start a conversation with ace_boogie and he can tell you how it's done.
I tried a couple times myself with another game and failed at getting the translation back into the QSP.
