your game needs fixing the names are all messed up. the brother is called sister and the father is called daughter even though i put the correct terms in the thing. dont know why you had to make it complicated in the first place or rather gave us that option when they are family in the first place ??? but it needs fixing and its annoying plz and thank you.

its heavily implied that they are family from the dialogue especially from angel and nyx talking to ea other about said family sexual desires towards ea other and angels reaction. if they are not family then the dialogue should be way diff. anyone reading this can absolutely tell without a doubt that they are related hence why i named them in familial terms like sister and brother etc.I don't understand where things are mixed up. Right. It seemed pretty obvious to me — the arrows show who calls whom and who is who to whom.

Did you figure it out? From your screenshot, you are saying Max is Angel's daughter etc. Think of the arrows as 'to'. Angel->Max basically means 'Who is Angel to Max', which should say daughter. I get how that can be confusing but it's easily sorted out by just playing the game from the beginning and entering the relationships when asked. Easier to understand that way. Also, I find the dialogue flows better in games when you type mom and dad instead of mother and father, if you don't want the characters to sound like some noble English family when addressing each other. Hope that helps.
yeah my orientation isnt the problem as you can see with the pic above as the dev agrees with me on that one so its a problem on his end apparently.
That is the problem just swap the spots. The relationships are better explained in game when it prompts you then through this chart.
Pic is wrong. Change Angel -> Max - daughter, Angel <- Max - father, Elizabeth -> Philip - mother, Elizabeth <- Philip - son, Angel -> Philip - sister, Angel <- Philip - brother. Don't change anything else and don't roll back after changes. That should sort things out.
yes i know its the opposite but you didnt understand that it wasnt supposed to be that way cuz the dev agreed that my orientation is the correct. and anyone new playing this game will also do the same thing cuz that is just natural to think that the arrows tells you who calls who what. cuz if even the dev understood that the arrows tell you what the person calls the other even if it isnt in a familial way. so yes i understand that if i want to make it correct i would have to change it the other way around but ill do so in the next update if the dev hasnt changed the orientation to the correct way.
I get what you are saying. It can definitely be interpreted in 2 ways. But looking at the relationship settings, it says to 'check relationships between characters'. To me, that sounds like 'set their relationship to each other'. Asking you to specify what they call each other seems like a completely different instruction. But I wouldn't really know if there's any universal way of handling these settings as I always just type the relationships at the beginning when prompted.
