you do realize that based on how long it is, and even being generous by saying its 28fps (the standard for cinema) AND saying that he has a top tier computer that makes each render in 1min (doubtful but im being ultra conservative with numbers) that equates to about 50 DAYS of total render time

I never said it took 1 minute but with modern technology and rendering software that is FREE i might add it would not take anywhere near 50 days to render let's say he had a 1080 ti or a 2080 for example it would most likely take about a week at the most if you don't believe me how about rendering something that is 2-3 hours long and tell me how long it takes the thing is even people working in cinema like to milk things they release movies even years after they have finished with them so they can add "finishing touches" and "edits" on but in reality they want to build up crowd hype which will increase profits generally how people do it i don't know what software your quoting as there are much better ones now days that render way faster and free as stated above blender being one of them

It's the 22nd I can't wait! It's crazy to me how long and consistently he's been going at it with these projects. Obviously it's a full time job timewise/salary for him but I've seen so many people even in similar positions burn out on the possible monotony. Sticking with one particular "Movie" for years seems absurd to me. I guess community and pay can be strong motivators.

I actually made a post a few months ago explaining the rendering options he use and various colour and light settings such as Screen Space Ambient Occlusion, Global illumination, a more heavy option such as MSAA and finally some hard surface refraction. The thing is that he isn't using this options, i only assume him using MSAA and even that is not in it's final form ( 2x or 4x at best ) which doesn't make a huge difference for rendering time and even if he had that doesn't make it so much longer. Back in the day i had GTX 970 and core i 5 4460 and it took me like 2 hours or more to render glass, smoke and fire to render in 1920x1080. Now i got better gear and rendering those objects take far less time. Animo surely has a super duper PC and doesn't use any fire or smoke in his works so the time taken for rendering is bullshit. People tend to just say : if you don't support him then don't be a salty guy and stop bitching around. Yes that is true i am not supporting him but acknowledging the render basics isn't hard for people to understand then spit facts.

I think it's the lying/deception that people get pissed off about. Some people dont like being lied to, even for free stuff. I have no clue about render times or how long it takes to animate his movies, but i've seen people saying it doesnt take months to render his movies and accusing him of delaying completed works deliberately.

And remember this is porn that taps into the male sex drive. We all know how crazy powerful testosterone is, being denied your favorite porn is like being denied your favorite video game as a kid lol.

It doesnt bother me much, firstly since i'm not one to complain about free stuff, and secondly i'm not really into the BTQ series that much. It's more curiosity than titillating lol, seeing what outrageous scene he's gonna come up with next.

I would like to see those renders, and the length of those animations. Really interested to see those animations, since you think the quality is pretty much the same, so you can calculate how fast he could render these videos.


Just a few things, missing from your calculations :

-moving objects ( and the number of those objects )
-different camera angles
-fluid simulation
