Problem is, Patreon is very puritanical and strict about what's allowed. It really limits nsfw creators. If you want less boring and more kinky games, people should try to find ways to switch to SubscribeStar, they allow almost everything. It's better for everyone.

Since you're slow and clumsy during your third trimester, there could be an upside to birthing all these critters. Maybe they automatically defend you until killed.
