Well...

Save 1: Starts at the beach with a 3some scene with Tim and Anna's friend. Bar scene which results in strip dance then fuck scene. Back home for skype scene and then 3some scene with old men.

You can avoid a lot of stuff in the game, except for some scenes with her boyfriend. Some situations may start, but there is usually an out in most cases. Though there really isn't as much content if you are taking the outs. Like for instance there are only like a couple lesbian scenes and I think the FFM threesome (not Jeremy) vs a lot of scenes if you go the Jeremy route (one of the branches).
