Almost every other hentai game out there?
The game is pretty fucking horrible if you have any english knowledge and an understanding of what's going on, the models are great tho. If you're asking if there is any game out there with good 3D models? Then yes, there's a dozen good ones. Lily of the Valley, Manilla Shaw's Obsession, anything by ICSTOR, Melody by MrDots, anything by LewdLab. The list goes on and on if you don't mind it not being an RPG, in fact there's plenty with better graphics and animations which are non-RPG but what am I saying? This game is hardly an RPG since a long time ago.
Keep in mind I mean those mostly for the their graphics, gameplay can be just as trash as Anna's but you're clearly not interested in good story or gameplay so there's that.
Quit harsh judgement. Bit overboard in my opinion, especially because Anna visuals surpass games that you mention (Anna's story, characters, gameplay are wanting, grant you that, but no more then in most games). However, I would be interested to find out which games meet your high standards.

Overall or western only? I'll keep it western and rpg maker I guess just to stay true to the point.
Fleeting Iris shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as this game for starters. Lily of the valley is a million times better in dialogue and story but specially dialogue. Games by Ark Thompshon have great story, mechanics and dialogues. I don't like bestiality tho but if you do, that's another author who isn't even on the same league.
Zombie's life by Nergal, any of the games by Siren's Domain, both games by Dystopian Project, any game by Hreinn but particularly the RPG Maker one that is a League of Legends parody.
The list goes on and on and on, specially if you're into some more specific fetishes.
There's a right way to make RPG Maker games and a wrong one, and this one is a 3.5/10 at most. At list he put some effort into stuff, so, A for effort and F for everything else I guess?
Anna looks amazing, that's it. That's why everyone is here, certainly not because of the gameplay or story.

It's literally not. The author gave a vague release date for a comic, there's no news about the release of a new patch.

Ashley is great way to made her more slutty with his initiative, blackmail, dominantly over Anna. Still, he's the only one character who made Anna become his slave, order her to make camgirl for money, etc.
This effect made her become more wilder to another men and ended relationship with her boyfriend.
