i have downloaded compressed version just to see the renders. but i cannot open the pictures because i don't have the codec for them :'( man i wish this game was a renpy game. rpgm games aren't my thing. i know there is an renpy version but it is unofficial so i don't want to play it. man this sucks :( 980 mB of my precious data, and i can't see the pictures :(

It isn't a codec, they're encrypted. You can use RPGMaker MV Decrypter mate.

here are several solutions

(off line)
(on line) (do not make all the images at once but in several parts)

You could play RenPy version though. I played official RPGM version on my first playthrough, and RenPy on the second. And I haven't noticed even a slight difference between them. Except that in RenPy you don't have to walk from one location to another and you'll be able to get to the H content much faster. Thats about it.

The only difference is here or there a dialog line is missing. Example one day she exits her work: I should go to the photo studio

I like to think the biggest added value is the fully unlocked, customizable replay-room. You can see all scenes in all its variations with a few simple clicks

Plz anyone is having anna V1.3 walkthrough
You really don't need one - just follow the quest journal and information in dialog box. Be sure to save in short intervals not to miss anything. There are very few clues outside journal, for instance when Anna is about to leave office to visit hospital she mentions craving for something sweet. Then you are supposed to go to local shop, where you will start the "Alfred path". But that is an exception, generally journal is your walktrough.

If they have the .RPGMVP extension, they are encrypted PNG's but, if I remember correctly, in the latest versions the files aren't encrypted anymore.

- If you downloaded the Full version, they have the .PNG extension and are actual PNG files

- If you downloaded the Compressed version, they also have the .PNG extension but have been converted in to WEBP format so you need to install a new codec or image viewer

edit: see if you can open one in chrome or firefox to confirm
they are in www\img\pictures folder
