In the last two weekly updates, Deep have said that he aims for releasing the update end of June. So hopefully soon.

There is the one with that "pillory" thing Anna is tied to, just like asplly97 said and i think Deep will add more bdsm stuff when it comes to Jeremy's char/path in the future.
In this update all i know is that he will/have reworked the last office scene to something a bit more hardcore

. one of the few path , where Anna can actually be the star of the game, instead of the forced prostitution, and other forced stuff until she likes it , because, the dev desperately need to make sure, Anna loves every fucked up situation, so the sleazebags not need to feel sorry for her.but hey as long as i can choose, I don't care

I don't think so. I do know that she meets them outside before she goes inside but that is with another outfit. So i guess this is a "forgotten to remove" kind of render sadly. :/
