Maybe 2 yrs ago but NLT's stuff is smashing this now. Try Lust Epidemic and The Treasure of Nadia. It's how rpgm should be done.
In addition to alexw14615's post, Peasant's Quest is one of the best examples how a RPGM game should be. It uses the RPGM engine how it's meant to be, dungeon crawling, fights, adventures, leveling, etc. with lewd content.
