If you watched it last update it won't unlock. Happened to me too. Luckily I had a save before the scene, so after reloading it and watching the scene again, it unlocked on the gallery

after a conversation with the doctor, evening does not come. Because of this, I can not play and translate further. Can someone tell me what to do?

Yep, but the truth is that if Elena was always pretty cringe, Anna and Lily were good at first, but now they are lame: the stories are bad, the sex in the game is so blunt, the main characters are boring. Anna, as Lily, is so incoherent... for me, the game would have developped differently if Anna dumped her bf long time ago because she entered a whorish path. otherwise, it only make sense to be with her bf only if you can have a REAL loyal path to play. Exploring the whore path needs some radical action: dumping bf, being more insidious, becoming an independent woman or fucking out of interest to gain more money or power... or becoming in love in this adventure with someone unexpected and then fighting to get out of all the blackmail and ilegal affairs just to be with her real love. These are just some ideas to add more dynamism to this game. The plot it's awfull for sometime and i dont think that the dev knows how to write a story. But, hey this is the main problem with these games: majority of devs dont know how to write a story and they make use of same porn cliches....
Well, comparing AEA's development to Lily and Elena seems too much to me. Not every dialogue is well written and not every scene is well built, but for me, after an overall critique, this remains one of the best games of its genre.
I think main problem is that those developers doesn't know what they actually want from the game. Lily of the Valley was a game that felt like its devs had a vision they followed, but then there was that big pause in development, probably some changes in development team and in the next update they cut half of the side lines entirelly and change focus of the game. Now they add so many useless scenes that don't move the story anywhere. Like that tv show. I very much daubt it would ever make appearance if not for changes in development team.
In AEA that "exciting affection" was quite quickly forgotten and replacent with some stupid "mafia" shit. It got so weird after some time, added some unlogical blackmail. etc. It was like Deep thought he have to add more and more characters into the game and it completely lost any semblance of focus. Now we just go from one badly written scene to another. I could enjoy myself at least a bit if Anna wasn't so eager in them. She's reluctant for a second but then she's a bitch in heat in the rest of it.
