Hey mate, there is indeed a problem with the original game version. I started a fresh game and deleted my old saves and persistent files to ensure to play a fresh game.
The problem is that on Day 4 you can't progress to do the pornshoot at Dilian's, if you are on Earl's path (possible that it is the same for Taxman, too).
Edit: Same issue on Taxmann path. Only Carl path + pornshoot works.
Reason: Missing variables for Day 4 Office and Gym event.

Edit: Here you can see that Gym quest is required for the pornshoot.
Right now the pornshoot is enabled after Day 4 office quest and Gym quest.
Nitpicking:
The scene order with Becca looks a bit weird. You meet her at the gym and then the next event is the pornshoot where she is too.
Suggestion:
Either the pornshoot needs to be moved to see both scenes or Gym quest, on the pornshoot path, needs to be removed.

I try both original and compressed version and they got the same bugs, so don't give false information if you never tested both.
This is unfair to the compressor(DearLegend37) who took his time to compress and take all the blame due to your comment.

So people are complaining about the compressed version being faulty with errors, not showing text in the journal, I have tested the normal version and the compressed version and they work the same for me.
I even replaced the scripts from the original to the compressed version, nothing changed for me, It could be that some people don't have the variables to see some scenes or the code is fucked up, but it's not the compressed version that is faulty.
P.S. The compression process DOES NOT CHANGE THE GAME CODE.

Never played the compressed version so I dont know if it has more bugs. In the ORIGINAL version i cant get past thursday. Come from the gym get 2 mess. and can enter the sex shop and masturbate on the bed. Than nothig else is possibel nothing happens when i klick on my office door and i cant enter the photoshop or timmy like the journal sugests. Not tho mention that it changes the location in scenes like beeing in the office after masturbating event, two times i also found me back on the titelsscreen with the need to load a save.

To clear it out, I'm not the only one who found bug in compressed version and no one is blaming him for it, they're merely pointing it out or atleast I did. Also bugs in original and compressed version are not same, well they are same but compressed got one more or two for instance office contract.
Maybe you should try to read better before blaming someone else of giving false information.

I had the same problem, but was told that when you download the game there is a save at position 5-1 that doesn't have this bug. I loaded that and was able to progress and finish the update. Hope it works for you.

Is there some sort of body modification in this game or maybe planned as an option? Like plastic surgery, tanning or hair bleaching etc.

Well you said "most of the bugs are from the compressed version". And I dont think 1-2 more to the ones I found in the orginal are the "most".
1. Saves in the Gym or after the gym dont work, you need a save before or at the office event (at least my 4 saves).
2. Renders not playing only seeing the normal background and the text
3. Getting after klicking in reders kickt to the titelscreen
4. Changing location after Renders
5. No text in the journal (only once)
6. Well not sure if its a bug but Hobo scene, guy at red light dstrict not in the gallery
Edit: 7. Needing save 5.1 from the download to get content after sergeys message
And i only played the new update dont know if its more if you play from scratch.

For me, in both versions it ends with Jeremy, after that nothing on the journal.
