It's not really forced on the player, because you're making a conscious choice to play this game. It doesn't exactly hide what it's about. So if you carry on playing it, then that's your choice. You're not being forced to do anything.
There is no obligation on the part of the Dev, to make this game cater for all tastes. It's a niche game, and if the niches are not what you enjoy, then there's a very obvious solution
You're not forced, because you can choose not to play it. If you don't like most of the content, then why play it at all?
I know it may not be to everyone's taste, but you don't have to force yourself to play this game.
I'm guessing you like some of the content though, and feel there should be an opt out for the content that you don't like. What you need to realise, is that you don't represent the Dev's target audience. He makes this game primarily to please his patrons, the people who do like that kind of content, and pay his wages. Unfortunately, as I explained to Gregers, you're always going to be disappointed by some of the content

Hey all, I'm stuck after the sex scene with John. She goes to sleep has the nightmare where you hear the gun shot and then she wakes up. When it kicks me to the room and I click on the door it says I need to dress up, I click on the closet, and it tells me to go to sleep. I click the bed and it kicks me back to the very first of Chapter two where the cop searches her and when she turns around its Andrew. It's really weird and I'm not sure what's going on. Thanks

You have to be on Timothy "route", when she asks which dress, choose last, and the police joke..but here is my saves, hope they work.
I think the Bar scene was the best one ever. And the Porn Shoot scene was awesome as well. I accept some recent scenes have not been good. The one with Alfred wasn't so good, once Rebecca went home. I thought it was a bit tired to be honest, like they were running out of ideas about what do between him and Anna. But that's basically cos Deep gave far too much prominence to Alfred in Chapter 1, because Patrons kept asking for content with him. Beware all those who keep begging for more and more content with their favourite characters, you might end up regretting it.
Having said that, the scene with Alfred in the Park was pretty good. I think more adventurous content with Alfred, is the way to go in future with him. The best scenes with Alfred, have always been when he was a bit outside of his comfort zone.
The problem with Alfred, is that he's almost certainly going to be one of the people, we'll be able to choose for Anna to end up with. So you can't not give him a lot of content. And that's going to be the case with certain other characters as well. So keeping them interesting is going to be a big issue going forward. And there are almost certainly going to be scenes that don't match up to the high standards set during Chapter 1, when all these characters were still relatively new.

VN version just throws me to the main menu after the police investigation at the beggining for no reason, Sandbox version, in my save, won't let me go into the office to do what i have to do, it just replays the same cutscene over and over again when i click on the office, and when i got desperate and restarted a new save, the game won't let me enter the closet to change clothes, at the office, saying "I've already been there" but when i want to get into the offices area, it says "you need to change clothes"
This game, honestly, every time i download a new update and give it a chance, always something doesn't work.

Can anyone fix it? I have to go to the office when I go, I have the same scene over and over again, i.e. when the new boss shows Anna the basement

Wow I can’t believe how popular Alfred is with his patreons, I guess most of them are closer to his age group. I mean I’m in the age group of John (who I hate by the way) that fuckin free loader, but relate more to big Timothy who I want Anna to end up with

I think Timothy is certainly one of the contenders and John would be, if he wasn't Andrew's father as well. Ultimately, I just can't see him turning his back on his son, which he would almost certainly have to do, to end up with Anna. Unless the unlikely scenario of Andrew dying during his operation comes to pass, it just isn't an option. They've made a pretty big thing of John saying how much he loves his son recently. Because they're setting up John telling Anna, that they can't be together in the future, after she dumps Andrew.
You mean Officer Desmond? I reckon there will be more content with him in the future, maybe even some sexual content. But he's only likely to be a secondary character, so I wouldn't expect too much.

for John i´m with you ,but i find it interseting that the ex has not much conntent ,in other games it´s the opposite
I love how Anna always gets jealous and angry with John when she sees him with other women. I mean she never has sex with other men when he's not around does she?

Andrew was always supposed to be the fall guy in this game. In the Glossary, Deep describes him as 'bland'. He's supposed to compare unfavourably to every other of Anna's love interests in the game. Once she realises how greener the grass is elsewhere, Andrew doesn't stand a chance sexually.
