If Anna went to a monastery, it would be her and a shitload of sexually frustrated men, so it would end up with a massive gangbang probably. I think you mean't had she gone to a convent?
It's a wallpaper. So not part of the game. The wallpapers have her doing all kinds of weird and wonderful things.

Chapter 2 Episode 14 beta is out
Hello, dear Patrons!
This is the BETA release of Chapter 2 Episode 14 and you can find it
As the game gets more and more complex because of different paths, we decided to release it to 25$+ patrons 3 days earlier to test it so we can fix major bugs. Then it will be out to other tiers in regular order.
Old save files might not work but we have included a save file that starts at the beginning of the update and gives you access to all scenes.
We have finally finished working on the Episode 14 release of Chapter 2.
This time we have done almost the same amount of work as previously in the same timeframe and I'm very happy about that. Also, this time, the BBC scene is coming in full.
In this update, Anna will close the deal with BBC Inc. with the help of her talents. Anna will have two days at the office and will talk with Emily and Timothy to set up further content. There is also a further meeting with Mr. Burnsfield and his mystery guest. Anna will also take Andrew to Hospital and there will be scenes for both Cary and Dr. Schmidt. Further investigation will go on on both paths about Carl. One path will lead to the old motel, and the other one will take Anna to the police station. There will also be another cliffhanger at the end of the update.

FYI, like every time, the beta is only the SANDBOX, and like usual, it's always screwed up, it's better to wait 3 days for the actual fixed version and the VN version with it.
The sandbox version is the one most likely to have bugs, and as has been stated many times before, a majority of patrons prefer the sandbox version over the VN version, and this is probably even more so the case amongst 25$ patrons. So why wouldn't you choose the sandbox version for Beta?
The VN version is a simplified version of the sandbox, and therefore it will always be less likely to be bugged. That's why it doesn't make any sense releasing it to beta, because the whole purpose of the beta release is to find and correct as many errors as possible.
