Yeah, he did. But he didn't recognise her. Just like he was unable to recognise her, when she was standing on the stage in the cosplay event, right in front of him. Ashley knew it was her straight away, even with the veil covering her face. Andrew's instincts told him, that the person on the stage was his girlfriend. But he doesn't believe that Anna is that kind of a girl, so he disregarded what his eyes were telling him. And the same thing happened with the Taxman. He believes that Anna is still the pure girl who he fell in love with. And that's why it's so easy for him, to ignore the evidence of his own eyes. Anybody else but Andrew, would have worked it out by now. He just is, that dumb.
Ughh... that's just bad character development. I really think giving the player the choice of Anna seeing Andrew spying on her through the gap on the stall and then letting them decide if his reaction is Sad/Cucked or Turned On/Sharing Fetish would be a nice place to take the character.
It's not bad character development at all. My theory is just that. The cuck idea is an extremely hypothetical scenario at present, which the Devs have never suggested is going to happen. So if he's not going to be cucked, why would they do it? Until if/when that becomes an option, nothing like that is going to happen. Because that would be giving the game away, and if there's one thing we know about Deep, he doesn't give anything but the vaguest clues of what's going to happen in the future.

You can't expect real character development and good writing in a female protagonist corruption porn game. All of them have porn logic with characters doing stupid actions etc., for the sake of lewd scenes.
I don't mind corruption games with some reading as long as the choices actually mean different paths. this game is starting to bounce around to much though.. the bar scenes were hot with the open crowd watching but those are gone... i don't care for the Alfred scenes or timothy either. somehow my save got messed up because i got rid of jermy but he is back in the update for me
Just because the last episode in the Bar was somewhat different, doesn't mean Anna performing for the crowd is gone for good. I'm pretty certain there'll be more scenes of the type you like in the future.
AWAM never delivered what it appeared to promise early in the game. All the good writing in the world doesn't make up for a total lack of action in adult games. Adult games are about sex scenes, and an adult game without sex scenes is pointless.
I agree with you but that doesn't rebuke my point. The sex scenes and writing are mutually exclusive imo. AWAM still has decent writing for a corruption game. In fact, the slow-burn and lack of immediate sex scenes just makes the corruption a little more believable and realistic, by FMC porn game standards.
I don't mind slowburn. But there's not enough progression in AWAM. It's advancing at a snail's pace, rather than slowly. At the present rate of progress, Sophia will be an old woman before she does anything remotely naughty. I agree the standard of writing is high, but I just find it a very frustrating game.
Yeah it's frustrating, and people on the thread feel the same way. But whatever it's doing is working. The game is one of the most popular porn games ever made, top 3 on this site alone. I guess the silent majority enjoy and tolerate a porn game that lacks sex if the writing is compelling enough cuz they know it will come eventually

My guess is, most of his patrons are people who love slowburn games above all else, and don't want the female protagonist to be badly corrupted. The kind of people who really want Andrew and Anna to make a go of it, even though it's obvious the game was initially set up for him to get dumped. In all these types of games, they're always moaning that they don't get accommodated with some specific route where the protagonist can be kept pure. And that's why they love AWAM, because Sophia's corruption is glacially slow. Yeah, I'm sure the better writing plays a big role too, but I don't think it's the only reason. If you like that kind of content, there aren't a lot of options. Which is why AWAM is able to have so many patrons, and why it's the second most viewed game on this site, after 'Being a Dik'.
